We have ordered a Loveseat on Dec. 3, 2020. We were advised that it will be delivered between 4 to 6 weeks, because it is a special order and cannot be cancelled. We are still waiting for the Loveseat as of June 2, 2021. Contacted them by phone and e-mail. Got the run around on the phone and no response from the e-mail.

DO NOT order from Leon’s

DO NOT order from Leon’s. Especially this location. I have been waiting two days for a call back and 3 months for a couch. I was told it will be another 3 months before I receive this couch and during these times where we are stuck at home can’t wait the long. I’m trying to get my money back but they obviously have no faith in reselling their terrible products. I repeat do not order.

I bought a coffee table 24 of marsh

I bought a coffee table 24 of marsh, was supposed to received mid april. Called them, now end of may. On top(my fault) discover that i should mount this heavy table. Should have noticed before that i bought an Ikea kit. At 68, i don't feel for play with furniture. At 631.00 it should be mounted. Not happy at all.

I Purchased A Fridge

I Purchased A Fridge, Got Called Back 2 Weeks Later Saying This Fridge Is No Longer For Sale, Despite My Having Purchased It From The Website. Then They Tell Me There Is Another Model Replacing The One I Originally Had Purchased. Now We Are Just Past The 1 Month Mark, Only To Be Told There Might Not Be Stock For This Fridge Either. So They Sold Me Something They Don't Even Have Twice,
I Even Tried To Have The Rep Call Me, To Talk, But He Would Rather Email And Complicate Things.
I Had to Go Purchase A Used Fridge In The Meantime To Support Me And My Family. Worst Experience Ever, This Has Been A Nightmare , Will Never Step Foot Or Shop Online At Leon's.

The delivery guys did not communicate…

The delivery guys did not communicate and left the mattress on ground floor where as I needed on 3rd floor and while i went to wear mask, within a minute they were gone. I ran after them, but they were gone so quickly that I could not get hold of them. Worst ever experience of my life.
Made my day bad.

WARNING

WARNING! SCAM! We bought our couches from them and financed. At that moment, the sales person told us is a 0% interest financing and we don’t have to start paying until after 6 months. Nowhere in the papers we signed it is said that you have 0% interest for 6 moths only and you’ll pay 24.9% after that. There’s only a D06 code that doesn’t have any explanation anywhere. The sales person never mentioned that the 0% interest was only for those 6 months and if we don’t pay our balance once the 6 months are up we will pay a 24.9% interest. So the interest accumulated and now we have paid a huge amount in interest only. We had trouble accessing our statements from the beginning, and because we were sure our balance was divided in 24 equal payments with 0% interest, we didn’t really try hard to see our statements. We contacted the store manager and asked him to help us with this misunderstanding and after about a week of him saying he will try he said he can’t help us. We contacted the head office and they said the same thing.

We also had problems with the first couches we got. The had some defects in the leather. Someone came and fixed them but then after a few months, we saw that between the armrest and the seat some wires started pocking through and as our son is still little, we were afraid he will get hurt. We called Leons and asked what can we do about that. They said because we bought the couches though their online website, they don’t have them in store and that is a manufacturer’s defect. They gave us store credit that could only be used to buy something from the store floor. The sales person was not very nice about all this situation, blaming us that we bought our couches online and that’s why we’re having problems and the store is doing so much for us, when in reality, yes we bought online, but the money went to Leons anyways so I don’t understand what is the problem. It is your problem, Leons, that you are selling poor quality products. And if I’m going to pay $3000 for my couches I better love them, and if I didn’t like anything that you had in store and decided to go online, you should provide the same quality for the products you have listed on your online store as the ones you have on your store floor.

NEVER DEALING WITH THEM AGAIN!!!

An unfortunate purchase :(

Unfortunately I purchased a recliner loveseat on September 21st 2020 which I picked up myself. When I got it home and set it up, it did not recline. I called and emailed Leon's and was able to get a service representative for September 30th 2020. He said that a part had to be ordered and then they would come over to fix it. It still hasn't been fixed. After many emails and phone calls (which were never returned) and always being told some excuse for why they have not been able to come to fix it, I tried again at the beginning of January only to be told (by email) that the part had been ordered and should be in by the end of January! Well February is now over and I have still to hear from them! I have given up! Does anyone know how to get some action from Leons?

This is a BIG Fraud !!@

Can't imagine how a Co like Leon's is still in the market???? They take a clients money by advertising an item on their flyer, giving them the impression that the delivery of the item is ready and then when we call for the delivery time are told it would be 4 to 8 weeks???
THIS CO SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED BY THE GOVT.

No hassle

I ordered an appliance online that’s out of stock throughout websites. That same day, Leons staff left me a message and told me that the item is available in march or April and asked me what i preferred to do. I checked this message 4 or 5 days after. I called them and asked for refund instead. That’s it. Was easy. Got refunded. No hassle.

Been waiting 9 months for my couch to…

Been waiting 9 months for my couch to be repaired... Under warranty... Cant even get my calls returned. Beyond frustrating.

Dented or not at all

Ordered a washer and dryer August 12, 2020. It is now over 3 months later and still no appliances. I wish I had seen some of these reviews before purchasing from Leon’s. We had also ordered a range at the same time. The range was delivered but was dented near the bottom so you couldn’t balance it. It sounds like their motto should be “you can have it dented or not at all.” It’s too bad they can’t just give you the appliances you paid for like any other retailer.

Our shopping experience was ???? by

Our shopping experience was great! We purchased a mattress set and our Sales Associate was such a great help. She helped us find what was right for us. We highly recommend you visit!
